Service normal_sucursal (serviceId 713) for Starken Chile always returns error 1127 "Destination branch code is required" regardless of where branch_code is placed in the payload (destination, shipment, carrier_options, or all three).
However, using service: "normal" with type: 2 and the same branch_code generates successfully — but as "a Domicilio" instead of branch delivery.
Rate endpoint returns branches array correctly for normal_sucursal. The branch_code (e.g. "1650") is valid.
